Mark is frequently appointed as adjudicator in construction disputes. He is both a construction lawyer and chartered quantity surveyor and is a panel adjudicator with the RICS, the CIArb and the Construction Industry Council.

Mark is a Fellow of the RICS, a Fellow of the CIArb and, in addition to having worked as a chartered QS with contracting organisations and in private practice, has also previously practised as both a construction solicitor and a construction barrister.

Mark has extensive experience of adjudication, having been actively involved with it since its inception in 1998.
